Yes, but it’s at your discretion. On land it’s like travelling on a regular bus (so we don’t have seat belts) and we have a very gentle top speed of 4 knots on the river. We travel at a controlled speed down our slipway to enter the Thames. You should bear in mind we don’t have toilets on-board and are not permitted to make toilet stops. Remember to bring warm, comfortable clothing as it can get chilly on the river even in summer.
We do not issue tickets. You will be given a reference number and this is all you require to board. If you book on-line, your reference number will appear on your confirmation email which can be printed out once your booking has been confirmed.
It is highly recommended that you book in advance for weekends, school and public holidays as we often sell out a few days in advance.
Pre-booked purchases carry a single booking fee of £3 on the transaction cost
Seating is offered on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.
