Due to London's high profile, there are sometimes marches/parades or road closures. These events are often beyond our control. We will offer an alternative route in such circumstances; we will endeavour to notify all customers prior to the day that we will be offering and alternative route. We invariably find if our regular route is closed we can go through the City of London, passing St Paul's Cathedral, The Bank of England, Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast.

Yes we travel in all weathers except high winds and other very dangerous circumstances. The decision regarding unsafe weather conditions is made at the company's discretion.
